Air Conditioner Usage:
For rooms with sub-meters, the electricity charges for your room will not be included in the common area electricity charges. Instead, LiveIn will charge you based on the readings taken from the sub-meter.
Utilities Electricity Charge/ Utilities Water Charge:
- If the room you are renting includes access to common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and toilet, a charge related to common areas will be applied to your bill. LiveIn will divide these charges equally among all tenants in the unit.
- If the room you are renting is a studio-type rooms where you occupy the entire space, LiveIn will list the charges as Utilities Electricity/Water Charge to indicate usage.
- Water charges are typically divided equally among all tenants in the unit.
NOTES:
- Different charges will have different billing periods as follows, hence the utilities charges billed in the month will reflect the usage from the last month or the last two months:
- One-month Backdated Billing Period:
- For example, utilities charges for January will be billed in the March invoice.
- Two-months Backdated Billing Period:
- For example, utilities charges for February will be billed in the March invoice.
- One-month Backdated Billing Period:
