STEP 1: Settle Remaining Balance & Sign Tenancy Agreement
Kindly ensure you settle all the remaining balance such as deposit, move in early fee, parking deposit ,as well as sign the tenancy agreement before your check-in date so the team can proceed with the check-in.
An email with the tenancy agreement URL will be sent to your registered email address for you to sign the tenancy agreement. Please check your inbox and proceed with the signature.
STEP 2: Receive Checkin Instruction
A checkin instruction will be sent to you 3 working days before the via Whatsapp, including building location, key collection, check in time, etc.
You may contact our LiveIn Hotline Support if no instruction is received.
STEP 3: Move In
Your room should be ready upon arrival. Do also take time to review the house rules and guidelines provided in your tenancy agreement. Understanding these rules will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
NOTE:
Every new check-in tenant will be entitled to the a 30 days move-in warranty period from the move-in date whereby any maintenance issues reported within this period will not incur any charges.
