STEP 1: Self- Checkout Instruction
Detail of the checkout instruction will be sent to you via Whatsapp 3 working days before the checkout date for you to proceed with the checkout.

STEP 2: Checkout
* Below is the general checkout guide for your reference, as the checkout process might differ by building. Please refer to the instructions sent by Hotline Support.
- Please make sure the room is clean, tidy, and no defects before checkout.
- Upon you leaving the room, please leave【*leave your keycard inside your room*】 and 【*take a photo*】 to send to us.
- Please remain the room door unlocked.
- To facilitate the refund, kindly go to tenant portal to fill in your bank account detail. Learn how to ues tenant portal
STEP 3: Inspection
LiveIn will arrange the respective team to conduct a room inspection. Any damages or defects caused will be assessed and deducted from the deposit after inspection conducted.
STEP 4: Deposit Refund
Our deposit will be refunded within 30 working days after the inspection. Please note that weekends & public holiday are not included in the 30 working days.
