Lift Trapped
Contact the Building Management Office (refer to the contact list below) or the Lift Assistance Emergency Contact from the notice in the lift for instructions.
Electrical Issue/ Blackout
- If there is a blackout in your building or area:

Reach out to the Building Management Office (refer to the contact list below) for further assistance.
- OR reach out TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) at 15454 to confirm the electrical status.

- If the electrical issue is limited to your room/unit:
- Check the Main Switch in the DB Box:
- Locate the Distribution Board (DB) box in your unit.
- Check if the switch is in the "off" position.
- If the switch is "off," try turning it back to the "on" position.
- If the switch trips again or the electricity does not come back on, do not attempt to reset it repeatedly.

If lightbulb is fused:
- Report the issue to LiveIn follow by the instruction here. LiveIn will assist you with the unit on the next working day.
Water Leaking/ Piping Issue
- Building Management Office (refer to the contact list below) for instructions on switching off the water valve.
- Report the issue to LiveIn follow by the instruction here. LiveIn will assist you with the unit on the next working day.
Door/ Lock Malfunction
By "malfunction," it means:
- Trying to open with key/access card but access is denied.
- Electronic locks not working (e.g., does not connect to electricity or has no battery).
- If you lose or leave your room card/key inside your room, you will need to contact a locksmith yourself and bear the cost of unlocking the door as well as the subsequent application fee for a new key/room card.
If the access card is not working
- Look for the security guard or Building Management Office (refer to the contact list below) to check the access card status and check with the party for access to enter (If applicable).
- If access still denied, you may look for a hotel nearby for a temporary stay.
*Accommodation compensation will be given upon approval (up to RM150 per night, maximum 2 nights) with terms and conditions applied. - Report the issue to LiveIn follow by the instruction here. You're required to take a video to prove that the lock is malfunctioning while you trying to access it. LiveIn will assist you with the unit on the next working day.
If the keys is not working
- Check if you have received any notice from LiveIn regarding a lock change and new key replacement in your email or WhatsApp.
- If you have not received any notice and are still unable to access your unit, you may look for a hotel nearby for a temporary stay.
