LiveIn will be implementing maintenance charges for any damages to room or common area items, as well as charges for missing or misplaced access cards. Please note that these charges may be applied on an individual basis or shared among those sharing a unit.

- The repair cost will be determined based on actual expenses incurred by the landlord and will fall within the specified range as listed above.
- Every new check-in tenant will be entitled to the 30-day move-in warranty period from the move-in date
- Please submit your report within the warranty period should you found out any maintenance issues after check-in as any maintenance issues reported within this period will not incur any charges.
