1. Response Criteria
Emergencies are classified by severity to ensure prompt and appropriate response:
- Minor Issues (e.g., non-urgent maintenance): Resolved within standard business hours.
- Immediate Assistance Needs (e.g., lockouts or minor disruptions): Addressed promptly by our personnel team, typically within 2 hours.
- High-Priority Incidents (e.g., water leaks or power outages): Addressed within 1 hour to minimize property damage.
- Urgent Emergencies (e.g., fire, severe flooding, or major health crises): Immediate response and, if necessary, coordination with emergency services.
Note: For urgent emergencies that pose a risk to health or safety, tenants should call local emergency services (999) immediately, then contact us.
2. Misuse Policy
The emergency line is a vital resource meant strictly for urgent matters. Misuse disrupts our ability to respond to genuine emergencies and puts other tenants at risk. Please keep in mind:
- Charge for Misuse: Each misuse of the emergency line will incur a penalty of RM100.
- Restriction for Repeat Offenses: Repeated misuse may result in restricted access to the emergency line for non-life-threatening situations.
This protocol is in place to ensure that every tenant has access to timely support in genuine emergencies. We appreciate your cooperation in using this service responsibly.
