Step 1: Report the Loss:
If you have lost your access card or key, please report it immediately by contacting our Customer Experience Support team via our hotline WhatsApp at +60 11-3318 3413.
Step 2: Provide Your Details:
To expedite the process, please provide the following information:

- Full name
- Building name and unit number
Step 3: Request for Replacement:
Our Customer Experience support team will assist you in replacing your lost access card or key. Please note that the cost of the replacement will be borne by the tenant.
Step 4: Payment of Replacement Fee:
You will be required to pay the replacement fee. Payment can be made via the tenant portal
Step 5: Card/Key Collection:
Once the replacement has been processed, you will be notified. You can then collect your new access card/key from our Concierge Staff.

The replacement cost for any access card will be charged as per below:

Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
- Both access card & keys will be charged at RM100.00 for first offence, RM200.00 for second offence, and RM350.00 for any subsequent offenses.

Kampar
- Access Card will be charged at RM30, keys at RM30, both at RM50 for any offenses.
